Layers of vanilla butter cake and white chocolate mousse filled with hazelnut, raspberry jam and blood orange custard. Milk crumb cookie base. Jason James is dressed with butter caramel, torched meringue, freeze dried raspberries, milk cookie crumb and seasonal non-toxic
